Warranty
NEW- Most new products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty
- Most refurbished products come with a 30-day store warranty
- TV's: refurbished TV's have a 90-day store warranty unless otherwise specified
- DESKTOP PC's: refurbished desktop's have a 90-day store warranty
- LAPTOP PC's: refurbished laptop's and laptop batteries have a 30-day store warranty
- Free-to-Air (FTA) satellite receivers are warranted against Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) only; any kind of tampering or modification to the internal hardware or software will void warranty
Returns
IN-STORE PURCHASES- Damaged, defective, or non-working items may be returned within 7 days
- Return items completely with all parts, accessories, and packaging
- Please provide original receipt as proof of purchase
ONLINE ORDERS
- Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) items may be returned within 30 days of order date
- Please contact us by email or phone to request a return merchandise authorization (RMA)
- Returns will be refused without an RMA, adequate packaging, or missing parts
- Unless a product is defective or DOA, we will only credit the amount paid for the item minus any applicable re-stocking fees
Exchanges
- All purchases are assumed to be final sale
- Products eligible for exchange may be returned within 7 days of in-store purchase or 30 days of online order
- No refunds, exchanges, returns for all satellite equipment and clearance items.
Restocking Fee
- Products that are unused, unopened, complete, and otherwise resellable may be refunded in full
- Full refunds are issued at either the original or current sale price
- A restocking fee of 25% to 50% may be charged depending on the condition of items returned
- Returned items missing parts, accessories, instruction manuals, original packaging, or damaged may not be accepted
